WHY GO AND REGISTER FIRST?

  You walk into the hospital in pain , scared and desperate. Instead of help, you hear: “Please go and register first.” It feels heartless. But let me explain this calmly, as someone who has worked in the wards, in theatre. But that “useless folder” is actually a safety device. Check comments to know why 👇 1️⃣ The "Medical Ghost" Problem If I treat you without a folder, you are a "Medical Ghost." I might give you a strong injection for pain now. But in 2 hours, when my shift ends and the next doctor/anesthetist/nurse comes, there is no record of you. They won't know what I gave you. They might accidentally give you the same drug again. The Folder is the only way the Morning Team knows what the Night Team did.2️⃣ The "Russian Roulette" (Allergies) You are in pain, so you might forget to tell me you are allergic to Penicillin.
